"Now it’s our turn to thank you folks for our nice dinner at Mimi’s, we enjoyed it with two of our out-of-town daughters recently. We are also looking forward to our Regal movie shortly. The Stapp’s are very pleased with their new heater/air-conditioning system. They also have high praise for the Tri-County team that installed it. Keep up the great job --- the world needs more businesses like yours!"

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I change my filters? What effects do my dirty components have on my system?
Filters should be changed every 3-6 months because dirt blocks heat transfer and air flow, which causes or contributes to all or some of the following:
- Compressor and/or fan motors have to work harder, lubrication breaks down, and unit life is shortened.
- Heating and cooling capacity is reduced, increasing operating costs.
- Compressor valves can be damaged due to refrigerant flood-back.
- Coil can ice over, stopping all cooling and possibly causing damage from a condensate water leak.
What can I do to maintain my system?
Hosing your outdoor coil before the summer season to dislodge the dirt and leaves that have collected over the winter can contribute to better efficiency during any summer usage.
How often should my system be cleaned professionally?
Location, running time and the type of system you have all affect how often your system will need cleaning. However, no matter how frequently you change your filters, your system should be checked and/or cleaned professionally at least once a year
