Single and Seven Day Programmable – Residential and Commercial
This thermostat is available for residential applications in a single-day programmable and seven-day programmable. It is also available for our commercial customers in a 7-day model.
Single-day programmable thermostats are perfect for our customers that are home often.
The seven-day thermostats are convenient for our working customers who want to set their thermostats in sync with their lifestyles rather than running their air conditioning, and increasing their utility bills, when they aren’t home. This thermostat also includes the non-programmable mode which allows you to manually control your indoor weather according to your desired comfort level.
The commercial version of this thermostat has a programmable schedule that is optimized for a working environment, by providing control of occupied and unoccupied periods. It has several security settings to tailor the amount of control allowed by unauthorized persons. There is also an override feature which allows the unoccupied settings to change to the occupied settings with a simple press of a button.

Flush-Mount

The thin design is streamlined and non-obtrusive and blends in well with any décor.

- Auto changeover – automatically switches between heating and cooling as needed
- Thermostat-locking – set points can be adjusted only by authorized individuals when this feature is on
- All programming and set points are stored in non-volatile memory and are never lost in a power failure
- LED indicator flows green or red to indicate heating or cooling
- Mounting bracket included for easy drywall installation, or fits in 2” x 4” junction box
Wireless
Tri-County offers the wireless thermostat for ultimate convenience and ease in temperature control. Perfect for two story homeowners, disabled individuals or the more mature in age, this thermostat is the epitome of indoor weather control that follows you wherever you go.

- One for All 2-stage heat, 2-stage cool for use with gas/electrics, heat pumps, electric & hydronic heat
- Completely wireless – receiver can be mounted at unit or at old thermostat location
- Up to 4 thermostats can be used with one receiver
- Transmits through walls and floors – range up to 500 feet in clear air
- Transmits at 418MHz using pulse code modulation – won’t interfere with other wireless systems
- Uses two AA batteries
- 7 day programmable with 4 time periods per day and copy command
- Large, easy to read display with Thermoglow backlight
- 64 house codes allow installation of up to 64 systems within transmit range
Simple Star
This is a compact digital thermostat that allows programmable operation of your system.
